AYUMI is a Horizon Europe Innovation Action project focused on overcoming systemic and behavioral barriers to scale up safe, circular agricultural water reuse across the Mediterranean and Europe. Through modular treatment chains, real-time digital monitoring, and co-designed economic tariff models, the project turns treated wastewater into a reliable, resource-rich input for sustainable farming and food processing.
